[otrs] Feature requests

These are 1.1 Feature requests: 1) How about an Attachment <--> Response relationship screen link off the main page. When you create an attachment, the next screen you jump to is the Attachment <--> Response relationship screen, but I don't see a way to get there unless you make another attachment. 2) Navigation: The words top and end might be more explicative if they said: "Top of Page" and "Bottom of Page".
