[otrs] Re: AD authenication

Actually they are very clear, if you look at the version 1.3 docs (Ch 9,10,11). Make sure you can get the results you are looking for first with LDIFE.EXE from a Widows box before you plug in the schema to OTRS. Mike

The docs aren't very clear and leave a lot out - IMHO

I'm trying to get otrs to authenticate again my AD for both myself (and other Admins) and clients (the worker bees) at my company. is there any pages out there that explain this better than the docs?
