Hi everybody,

 

I need to know if is possible make this:

 

I have a custom queue called Despacho, and I want to create customized status for this queue, for example:

 

Recibido

En Despacho

Despachado

Cerrado

 

And no with standard status, new, open etc… and I want to this is no visible to the rest of queues…

 

I currently use OTRS 2.3.4 and ITSM 1.2.3
