Here are some starters: * How does Telesphere store the call recordings? * Where does Telesphere store the call recordings? * What does it call them? * Does Telesphere provide an API or any integration options? * If you were doing the process by hand, what process would you follow to attach a call recording to a ticket? * How big are the call recordings (filesize)? My boss decided that he wants all the telesphere calls to be attached to the tickets we create in OTRS.
