If you switch to ArticleStorageFS, you will need to run the
ArticleStorageSwitch.pl script to get the existing attachments (and
rich text for emails, which is also treated as an attachment!) out of
the database and into the filestystem. The process is mentioned here:

The other way around, if you would switch back from ArticleStorageFS
to ArticleStorageDB, you'd need to run the script again to get the
attachments from the filesystem into the database...

I have the same problem. I did an upgrade from 2.3.4 to 2.4.6 yesterday.
The tickets are still visible on the dashboard and through the search function, but they disappeared on the MyQueues view. Any hint?

I regret, I have no hint except waiting.
As described the problem suddenly disappeared one or two days later. But please notice that I did no upgrade, I just changed the article storage parameter. And I never had a 2.3.x installation. So you could have the same symptoms but with another cause.
