Hi Wiktor, yep, and it worked great last week when I installed OTRS (v1.1.3), but now for no reason it stopped, customer.pl always shows Panic! No UserData!!! message, while syslog file looks ok with "CustomerUser: xxx logged in ..

Would you have any idea what started to go wrong ?
