Please suggest the steps what i need to do for getting rid of the Sql error in system log..
 
because of this Ticket that are lock or not getting autamatically unlocl..'

OTRS verion - 2.4.6 Linux Suse.
 
I dont know what configuration change made me getting this error. and from that time my Autoresponse email is not going untill i manual run the postmaster script.
