hi  all

i have installed otrs and it seems to be working fine. for the past 3 days i have been receiving the perl.exe error

the error reads

 

perl.exe-application error

 

the instruction at "0x046c32b9" referenced memory at "0x0360d0c4". the memory could not be "read"

 

 

 

i have the latest version of OTRS and its running on windows small business server 2003

 

please help if you know why this error is occuring
