[otrs] Move into bug

Hi, I am using 1.3.2 and when I try to move a ticket into a new queue, I get the message below but it moves the ticket correctly. Software error: Wide character in subroutine entry at /opt/otrs/Kernel/cpan-lib/MIME/Decoder/QuotedPrint.pm line 74.
