
I am developing it. More or less I made all that is needed. In a couple of days I'll finish it. Now I have to start the looooooong looooooong process in which every "agent" (OTRS meaning) says what really need, than our manager decides what is correct and what is not, then my php code will be changed according to all of these issues. Now I cut my work where it is (you, for sure, don't need my data structure, but the sustaining idea) I clean it, I translate it in English (I am Italian) and next week I'll post a working copy.
