In my config I see it.
If I go in All Ticket view I saw all ticket unlocked with the owner.

I have been searching around in Sysconfig but can find anything there.

Is there a file that I can easily alter to make the change (OTRS\Kernel\Output\HTML\Standard\AgentTicketQueue.dtl or something)

I am not a programmer so a simple solution would be appreciated.
