I've changed the ticket number "formula" a few times on ours.
Everything has been fine for us.
I have also looked into changing the ticket handle, but apparently
that is disruptive.

Hello List,
We have been using OTRS for about 6 months using the default Ticket number.
We would like to change the format. Is it possible to do this without screwing things up?
