[otrs] How to upgrade from OTRS 2.2.7 to 2.4 ?

Hi, I'm working on ubuntu 8.04 with otrs 2.2.7. I would like to upgrade to otrs 2.4.Is it a batch file to do the upgrade or how to do this upgrade ?
