I would suggest that we set up a poll that the OTRS user community can go to and vote on the items they think are important. I know that some bulletin board software (phpBB, for instance) allows the easy creation of polls. Once the poll is set up, we should have a stated 'Start' and 'Stop' time for gathering submissions as well.
