I think what you are after is in the Admin module – PostMaster Pop3 Account

e.g. http://xxxxxxxxx/otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminPOP3

 

Have a look at the “Trusted” and “Dispatching” and Queue field – if you set the trusted field to Yes, the Dispatching field to queue and the Queue name to the queue you want the emails to  e.g. “Junk” OTRS should take all incoming emails on the pop account and dispatch it to the queue selected.

I want that the mail sended from a customer to helpdesk@xxx.xx   they come inserted automatically in the queue of otrs.

How can i do?
