In the customer view of the customer interface (customer.pl?Action=CustomerZoom)
I want the cusetomer to see my Agent name in the "From" area of the current message, but I do not want the email address to appear.
The information shown is the From: line of the actual email sent out. Why don't you want the customers to see this info, they see it in their email anyway? Or am I on the woody one now?
