Dear Sir, I had installed OTRS on an XP pc before and the pop SSL was already installed. I didn't need to install anything separately. These are the files I downloaded and installed. ftp://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/otrs-2.4.5-win-installer-2.1.1.exe The two .opm files I installed via package manager in otrs admin section. http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/itsm/packages13/GeneralCatalog-1.3.2.opm http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/itsm/packages13/ITSMCore-1.3.2.opm I switched to linux after a basic install but I checked my old install and it does have the POP3S and IMAPS in the postmaster mail account. Is there an executable file because if there Is I don't see one I had to use winzip to zip file any help would be great.
