The best way is, generate a Queue named "Spam".
The next step is, generate a agentjob (Admin Interface) that all tickets in the queue "Spam" set closed (1 times a day).
Thanks. That is nice. However, would it not be natural to build in a SPAM buttom that would remove such emails. So the agents could deal with them immediately. Erlibg
