Does anyone have a CTI / Tapi integration working with OTRS? Asterisk perhaps? On the Customer Info from the ticket, I have changed the display of the phonenumber to a link. Then I can click on the phonenumber/link. This creates a call file for asterisk, depending on the logged in agent.
An incoming call to the support queue opens (with help of FOP in another frame) a new telephone ticket with the customer infos. Regards Wolfgang
