[otrs] PendingDiffTime per queue

Hey there, Does anyone know how to set the global value PendingDiffTime queue based in OTRS 3.3? I had the idea to maybe add a new MenuModule in the TicketZoomView present that to specific groups and add the custom DiffTime behind "<Item Key="Link">" but I don't know what. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
