[otrs] Trouble scheduling generic agent jobs

I've created a spam terminator generic agent job that automatically closes tickets in the spam queue. No matter what I select for the schedule it never runs automatically. It will run as expected through if I manually run the job. Am I missing something? Thanks, Carl
