Peter my dear friend. Let's try to talk the same language, hehehehe.
1.) I was an admin user. But now, I'm just a common user. Trying to
understand the concept of groups and roles I just f*c*ed all. I tried the user root@localhost and admin but no success too.
System tells me that they aren't a valid user!
2.) I believe that I have access to the tables. But I'm not using MySQL. I'm
using a paid version (the server that received OTRS already had Microsoft SQL
Server installed and running).
3.) Could you please help me to do that? I'm an
IT infrastructure guy and have some trouble operating SQL.
