The above is just a generic "Apache had a problem" message. There should be more detailed information about the problem in your Apache error log and/or your system messages log.
I found the error-message in my log file saying that OTRS was unable to write to /opt/otrs/var/log/TicketCounter.log Hence, I changed the settings so to chmod 666 and now it works. :-) It it possible that setPermissions.sh didn't set the correct permissions for this file? Best greetings, Sven
