
Well , I found some variables that could be useful : *Session: 103882a27cd3c58fc1029c3e4088ab94d0* [ LastNavBarName = Ticket ] [ LastScreenOverview = Action=AgentTicketQueue&QueueID=32 ] , I think this is the Queue the user was last busy with [ LastScreenView = Action=AgentTicketZoom&TicketID=312013 ] , and this the ticket he was busy with [UserFirstname = Karabo ] [ UserID = 57 ] Now just to get that info into a more user readable format ;) Peter van Beugen wrote:

Hi ,
Is it possible to use the Session Management functionality in the Admin section , to for instance get real time stats on what agents are currently doing?
I think this would be a great feature for Managers etc , has anyone looked into a more GUI driven Session Manager or Real Time Monitor?
