[otrs] non-ticket email

Hello, OTRS looks really good, and I think it will work for me. One small thing I don't understand... is when I run PostmasterPOP3.pl and get emails with no ticket ID, they sit in the queue, but I can't see them. How can I view/delete them? Thanks! ben
