Yes but the problem is the following:
I'm notified when I have a new ticket in a queue but it's always using the default address system. I would be notified by different address following the Queue.
The notifications you are takling about are the agent notifications, I assume, and for these, there is only the one address (usually OTRS Notifacaions Master) The ones I was discussing were the addresses that your customers would see. Am I right in my assumption?
