Hi,
Did you upgrade the database via (see UPGRADING file) 'cat $OTRS_HOME/scripts/DBUpdate-to-1.1.mysql.sql | mysql -p -f -u root otrs'?
I did, but if I took out "-f", i saw some error about duplicate key. I didn't know if that was the reason. After restarting services, otrs began to work flawless again! :) Regards, Alex
