meanwhile I went just anorther step
further....
I found http://dev.otrs.org/cvs/Kernel/System/Ticket.html.
there is an explanation of the function
TicketSearch.
Close to the end of this description
there is a list that states:
# OrderBy and SortBy (optional)
OrderBy => 'Down', # Down|Up
SortBy => 'Age', # Owner|Responsible|CustomerID|State|TicketNumber|Queue|Priority|Age|Type|Lock
#
Title|Service|SLA|PendingTime|EscalationTime
#
EscalationUpdateTime|EscalationResponseTime|EscalationSolutionTime
#
TicketFreeTime1-6|TicketFreeKey1-16|TicketFreeText1-16
Do I understand it right that this limits
the sortable fields to this list?
Could this list be extended and if so
where?
Kind regards,
Li

| Re: [otrs] How To
Use Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketSearch###SearchCSVData |
|
Hi again,
meanwhile I found the file Kernel/System/Ticket.pm
and in there the function TicketGet().
In there the "translation" of the fieldnames is done.
So I managed to extend the CSV report by some fields. This is working now.
Now I tried to pimp the search results...
I copied over the file "AgentTicketOverviewSmall.dtl"
to my theme and inserted a new column with the data I wanted in there.
This works fine but when I try to sort by the field "Changed"
the resulting list is empty. Other values like EscalationTime etc. work
fine only "Changed" doesn't do.
Has anybody a hint for me what to do to get the list sorted by the change_time?
Kind regards,
Li

| [otrs] How To Use
Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketSearch###SearchCSVData |
|
Hi List,
I try to figure out how to use the params in Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketSearch###SearchCSVData:
to manipulate the list that is generated
as a CSV Output for the Search Results.
I cannot find the place where the names used in the config settings are
translated to the names of the fields that are used in the database.
For example the "TicketFreeKey1" comes from the table "ticket"
and is originally named "freekey1".
I would like to add some fields to the report but don't know how...
Does anybody know how?
Thanks for any help & kind regrads,
Volker
