[otrs] modifying the FAQ search form?

I want to modify the text on the search form: http://shambhala.org/otrs/public.pl?Action=PublicFAQ&Subaction=Explorer&Cate... (top of the right column) I've looked through the .dtl files in otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard but can't find the one that builds it. I'd also like to modify this one: http://shambhala.org/otrs/public.pl?Action=PublicFAQ&Subaction=Search&QuickS... Anyone know where the base files are located? Thanks for your help. I've been searching on and off for a month now! Best, Greg
