However, I don´t understand that it´s not possible to have some sort of easier administration to delete or move mails. EVEY simple small e-mail provider has checkboxes before each mail where I can select e-mails to be deleted or moved or whatever.

So, are there some plans to add this functionality to OTRS? I don´t think it´s a bit task to add a checkbox to each mail where I can select all or some mails and choose what to do with them...

This is already implemented in the CVS version. It's called "Bulk

how do I use the CVS version? I even don´t know what it means. Where can I find the documentation about cvs version? Thanks, marc
