Hello Ralf,
check the dashboard widget registrations in the SysConfig (example: DashboardBackend###0260-TicketCalendar). They have a CacheTTL or CacheTTLLocal entry that you can tweak.
Specifically I'm asking about the left hand side containing "Escalated tickets" "new tickets" "open tickets". I found the TTLs for the news, rss, outof office and the linke, but not for the "ticket overview"
I do know that the AgentDashboard page uses some sort of caching, but I want to reduce the TTL to say 1 minute. Where would I do that?
