Hi, im testing the new version of otrs 3.0.11 but im not able to get emails from my POP3 server from crontab. The config is got from my previous version installed 2.0.1 If I get emails from the GUI it works admin->PostMaster Mail accounts-> download emails
From the crontab it doesnt:
*/5 * * * * $HOME/bin/otrs.PostMasterMailbox.pl >> /dev/null This is what I got on the messages: Dec 28 18:20:02 otrs-hd OTRS-PostMasterMailbox.pl-10[4902]: [Notice][Kernel::System::PID::PIDCreate] Can't create PID PostMasterMailbox, because it's already running (yourhost.example.com/4814)! The strange I dont get emails from the crontab looks like the script do not return any error, so I dont understand why I doesnt work. Doing it manually works. Please let me know how to debug the situation.
