Hi,
I've noted that with ticket watch, the watcher of a ticket reveives the same notifications that the owner of the ticket receives. This means that the watcher will not receive notifications for the actions made by the owner. I'm specially interested in the owner sending an email to the client. Is there a way to send a notification to ticket watchers when the owner sends an email to the customer?
I'm using OTRS version 3.0.11
