It make sense: If the closing notification is sent also to the account configured at PostMaster, once it gets processed by the POP3/IMAP reciever, it would open the ticket again
Thank's Leonardo,I Review again the properties of the ticket, and I see that the close ticket note, include a copy to the email of the helpdesk email, when I delete this copy the ticket has closed and not reopening.best regads,J. Alberto
