Dear Community I am testing OTRS setup for our network and facing a specific issue. I have a queue name ABC under Group XYZ Now I want to filter all requests on following criterias: 1. All mail from @email.com AND 2. "N1" in subject OR 3. "N1" in body (Important: Please refer to AND / OR above carefully) When i am setting up PostMaster filter for all these 3 conditions, it is not working. However surprisingly if I setup 2 filters as:- 1st filter - "All mail from @email.com and "N1" in subject" 2nd filter - "All mail from @email.com and "N1" in body" Then it is working. Now I have 2 queries: - 1. How to setup only single filter with both the above conditions... 2. How to setup only single filter with multiple keywords in subject or body field (again with OR condition) Regards Mohit Gupta
