I can't seem to find these sections in sysconfig to tell the perl
module where to get the e-mail from.
Where do I get these settings? Unfortunately I don;t have POP e-mail
for this so it does have to draw it all from an IMAP server. And also
unfortunately I am stuck with a Windows machine.
What an unfortunate series of events :P

there's a package for the 2.1.x framework to access IMAP(S) and POP(S) accounts from OTRS without fetchmail etc.

...uses Mail::IMAPClient, Mail::POP3Client and IO::Socket::SSL.
