I have found the submit ticket however it only gives the option of Phone ticket or email ticket. When I select email ticket how do I add a ticket type? For example Service Request, Implementation Request, ect…
I then will need to add fields based on the ticket type selected.

I recently downloaded OTRS to run a proof of concept for my company to see if this product is a good fit. I have a couple of questions:
- How are tickets submitted into the system that I set up? I have configured the modules but do not see where a ticket can be submitted.
- How do I add fields to the ticket for users to fill out when they are submitting a ticket?
