Hi When choosing empty answer in OTRS I get: Software error: query timed out at /usr/share/otrs/Kernel/System/CheckItem.pm line 62 For help, please send mail to the webmaster (mailto:webmaster@localhostwebmaster@localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of the error. Do you have any idea why this occuring. Erling
