
Hi Juris Yes, this can be done. Create a user in otrs, and enter the email address that you wish to be the "constant". Save the user. Then choose CHANGE user. Additional fields are displayed. Choose YES for New Ticket notification Choose the queue SUPPORT in the myqueues select box. and Save. You can customise the email message that is sent from the SYSTEM Notifications section.
