Hello, everyone!<br><br>I&#39;ve installed OTRS in my company and the incoming e-mails get deleted after they&#39;re fetched. Is there a way to prevent that from happening? The manual doesn&#39;t address this issue and I&#39;d like to keep a copy of all e-mails within the mailbox.
