please make sure you have the »use utf8;« statement at the top of the file:

package Kernel::Config;

use strict; use warnings; use utf8;

Then it should work.

But if I want to substitute the “Loipa” with the Greek relevant work (which is actually the name of the Group specified) it doesn’t work.
