Hi.

 

You can go to Terminal and type “sudo perl -MCPAN -e shell”. Once inside CPAN, type “install IO::Socket::SSL”.  After you finished the installation go back to otrs bin folder and run ./otrs.checkModules to see if the install was successful. You can do the same for other perl modules. Just replace IO::Socket::SSL with the module name.

I ran check modules command and its telling me that IO::socket::ssl not installed (optional – for pop3 ssl connections)

Also the same for Net::SMTP::SSL not installed Optional – required for SSL/SMTPS connections)  where do I find the install for this and how do I install it
