Hi, I know which is the procedure to delete a ticket created by error, which does not generate statistics

I have a small script exactly for this purpose. If running in a machine other than the DB, you have to change the $DBNAME variable. If you use a non-unix platform just comment the stty lines. Disclaimer: I have only tested it with OTRS 2.4 El script que adjunto sirve exactamente para ese proposito. Si lo corres en una maquina distinta a la DB tienes que cambiar la variable $DBNAME.
