Usually, upgrading to last version for minor upgrades is ok. You should really care for major version upgrades ( 2.4.x -> 2.4.y is ok). Olivier Le 5/11/11 9:48 AM, Andy Wodfer a écrit :
Hi, We're still running OTRS 2.4.7 and I thought it was about time to upgrade to 2.4.10. (I'm currently testing OTRS 3 on a test server, but we're not ready to make the move yet).
So, I can't find any instructions on how to upgrade 2.4.7 to .8 .9 and .10 in the documentation.

1. How do we upgrade? Just overwrite files? 2. Can we go from 2.4.7 directly to .10 or do we have to follow the numbers?
