[otrs] error

hi the problem it is generated to load tha page of login of administration i see tha page but to end i see the following messages Forbidden You don't have permission to access /otrs/ on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/2.0.40 Server at 192.168.10.20 Port 80 i hope can help thanks you Leonardo
