Hi all. I just installed OTRS 1.2.3 on a RedHat 9 box with: - httpd 2.0.49 - perl 5.8.3 - mod_perl 2 (actually 1.99_13) - MySQL 4.0.18 - Apache configuration from scripts/apache2-httpd.include.conf I'm now accessing /otrs/index.pl, but I get a weird behavior: when I click on the links I get random pages. For example, if I click on "Signatures" (in Administration) I get the Notifications page. If I click on "Signatures" again I get the Users page, and so on. If I restart Apache OTRS works for a few commands, but then starts again to do these weird things. Nothing is logged to Apache's error_log nor to syslogd. I can give login info to developers who want to check this behavior, and I'd appreciate to get some feedback from other mod_perl users: what version of Apache are you using? and what version of mod_perl?
