Yes, it has occured consistently for the few times I've had to use the "Phone call" feature. I tried to reproduce online using your demo site, but version 1.3.0 beta 1 does not seem to have the same problem. Do you have another demo site running my version, 1.2.4, which has also been truncated from my original message?
