Hi all, Since OTRS 1.1.2 i see this in every ticket history: Misc Sent no auto-response because the sender don't want a auto-response (e. g. loop or precedence header[...] Is this normal? I don't have set any autoresponse, why then it's trying to do the oposite? With regards, Alex
