Thank you, Alexander, it works =) But what is the point to have two places, where queue can be tied with the system email - in Queue settings and in Email addresses(and it's not the same parameter)? -----Original Message----- From: otrs-bounces@otrs.org [mailto:otrs-bounces@otrs.org] On Behalf Of Alexander Halle Sent: Friday, October 16, 2009 4:47 PM To: User questions and discussions about OTRS. I'm setting up an OTRS now and have some problem with sender address. I created a queue, and a POP3 email account(otrs-incoming@example.org) for that queue. Then I created the same system email address(otrs-incoming@example.org) and bound it to my queue. Now I expect that after OTRS fetched an email message and generated ticket, I could reply to the customer from a web form and sender address will be set to otrs-incoming@example.org. But instead I see there default system email address - otrs@example.org.
Hello Ivan, please check Admin -> Queue -> "your queue" -> systemadress. The email adress wasn't available (step 2) when you created the queue (step 1) so you have to visit the queue settings twice.
