It’s crippled by a setting in Kernel\Config\Files\Framework.xml

I understand why this setting is NO by default, but is it necessary to cripple it so that admins can’t change the config?

I’m trying to enable Stats::UseAgentElementInStats but the item is greyed out, and doesn’t allow me to change it. Is this being set in another file, so you can’t override it in the DB?
